What to
Bring
There is very
little to bring other than you would normally carry around for your baby
(spare nappy, wipes etc).
It is best
for you to wear loose, comfortable clothes and have bare feet for the
class.
You need to
bring yourself, your baby (!) and a towel or blanket for your baby to lay
on. Please make sure it is one you don't mind getting massage oil
on.
You don't
need to bring massage oil as this will be supplied. All oil used
in the classes is vegetable based and does not contain any additives,
minerals or petroleum based products. It is also unscented which is best for
new babies (under four months of age).
Products
If you would
like to continue your massage practice at home (ideally babies should be
massaged every day), there are some 'Merbaby' oils that have been
carefully sourced that you can buy at the classes.
